Frequently asked questions
Which videos may I use?
Only videos you hold the rights to, for example your own channel, podcast, courses or material with the rights holder’s permission. You confirm this in the Terms. ClipBro is not meant for repurposing other people’s content without permission.
Which languages are supported?
Transcription and captions work in 99 languages. The ClipBro interface is available in German and English.
How long does processing take?
It depends on the video length and current load. You see live progress in your dashboard and can close the window meanwhile. Paid plans are processed with priority.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly in the customer portal. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my data?
Videos and clips are stored only as long as your plan allows and are then deleted automatically. Hosting and storage run on Cloudflare; transcription and AI analysis run at providers under data processing agreements. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I post straight to TikTok, Reels and Shorts?
Publishing from ClipBro is in the works and coming soon. Until then you download the finished clips; we include title, description and hashtags.
How do the plans differ in the clip itself?
Free cuts and captions with two presets. Creator unlocks every caption style, your own colours, the guiding question and describing your style. Pro adds motion graphics, chapter cards, camera moves, sound design, music and b-roll. Business saves several styles as brand kits.
What is the end card on the Free plan?
Free-plan clips end with a short “Made with ClipBro” card and carry a subtle watermark. Both are removed on paid plans.
